These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services provided by Tutor Scan, including but not limited to access to online assessments, user dashboards, test reports, and all features associated with parent and student accounts. By registering or using any part of the Tutor Scan platform, you agree to these terms in full.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Registration & User Accounts<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

To use Tutor Scan, users must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information.<\/p>

There are two main user types:<\/p>

  • Parents, who can manage child profiles, purchase test tokens, assign tests, and view reports.<\/li>
  • Students, who can take tests and view their results.<\/li><\/ul>

    Parents are responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide on behalf of their children. Tutor Scan reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts found to contain false or misleading information.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Tutor Scan offers access to educational assessments tailored to various school levels and subjects. Services include:<\/p>

    • Graded digital tests<\/li>
    • Detailed performance reports<\/li>
    • A dashboard for tracking results and progress<\/li>
    • Free sample tests<\/li><\/ul>

      We reserve the right to update, remove, or add features at any time to improve user experience.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Payment & Tokens<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      Access to full-length tests requires purchasing tokens. These tokens can be used to unlock specific assessments within the platform. Pricing is transparent and displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are securely processed via our payment provider (e.g., Stripe).<\/p>

      Tokens are non-refundable once used, but they do not expire and can be used at any time. By purchasing tokens, users agree to the pricing and terms displayed at checkout.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      All content on Tutor Scan including test material, visuals, reports, and interface design \u2014 is the intellectual property of Tutor Scan and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.<\/p>

      Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. Any misuse or reproduction of platform content for external use is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      User Conduct & Responsibilities<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      • Attempting to access accounts or data that do not belong to you<\/li>
      • Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals<\/li>
      • Disrupting platform functionality through malicious means<\/li>
      • Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit system vulnerabilities<\/li><\/ul>

        • 100% uptime for uninterrupted service<\/li>
        • That test results reflect official school grades<\/li>
        • That data loss will never occur due to unforeseen technical errors<\/li><\/ul>

          We are not liable for any indirect damages, loss of data, or decisions made based on platform feedback. Parents and students are encouraged to use the platform as a support tool, not a substitute for formal<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          Changes to Terms<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
